History

What is now a global business began as a small laboratory of cosmetic chemist Doug Rooney back in June of 1995.  He dreamt of creating quality skin care and cosmetic products for the most popular prestige brands in the world.  As Northwest Cosmetic labs grew, so did our reputation for innovation, high quality and old-fashioned customer service. This has attracted the most innovative and quality-focused brands in the industry.
